Sign on bonus: $20,000.00 with a 2 year agreement.  The bonus will be paid out as : $10,000.00 within the first 30 days of employment and $10,000.00 upon completion of first year of employment.

Our Surgical Department is looking to add a Registered Nurse to their team. This a full time position.  Mon-Fri with some weekend and holiday call.

The RN will work as part of the Surgical Team, assisting the Surgeon, Scrub Tech and Anesthesia Provider.  The RN will display skills needed for Surgery: critical thinking, prioritization, attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs of the Surgery Team; ability to work well under pressure emotional stability, ability to respond appropriately and quickly in emergency situations, and functions as a team player.

The RN should have a firm grasp of human anatomy.  They should possess excellent knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment and instrumentation.  The RN will keep abreast of new developments in the surgical field.

Job Qualifications:

•  OR experience preferred.
•  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
•  Current RN License for the State of Wyoming with 2 years experience           preferred.
•  Attend continuing education programs in order to maintain licensure.
•  ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC preferred but can obtain within one year of employment.

Job Duties:

Circulate surgeries, scrub surgeries, pull cases and instruments.
